Your order can be canceled on the same day before midnight (12:00 AM, EST) as we process orders the next business day. Send us an email (shop@azyrax.com) with the order number you'd like to cancel and a full refund will be granted. We'll also send you an email confirming the cancellation as soon as we see your request ^^ Once your order has begun processing, it cannot be canceled.

Currently, we only ship to the USA, Canada, and Europe. We hope to include more locations in the future!

Shipping times are difficult to determine during these times, but most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery. Other methods may be used depending on location and carrier availability at no extra cost to you.

At this point, the package(s) are out of our hands and we cannot control what happens. If you are concerned, we highly recommend reaching out to the carrier to ensure nothing was lost. If it has been lost, please email us at shop@azyrax.com and we will have something arranged!

Returns or Damaged Items

Currently, all items are final sale. Each item is made to order and therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged. (Please make sure when purchasing attire that you check the size charts!)

Please email us at shop@azyrax.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number, the name of the item that was damaged, and photos of the damage. This way we can quickly arrange a solution. ♡

Not quite, but if you commission me or have artwork from me that I've done for you previously, I will gladly put it on items of your choosing that are available on the shop! I can also redesign them slightly depending on the type of artwork so it will look great on anything~
